Municipal Infrastructure Team Deepens Footprint in the State of Florida through Client Representations and Sponsorship of the Region’s Design-Build Association

Through the past work of PLDW Partner Teno West, Pannone Lopes Devereaux & West LLC has acquired a solid background in addressing Florida infrastructure issues. Attorney West has served as counsel for the Florida Keys Aqueduct Authority (FKAA) in the development of an advanced wastewater treatment plant and sanitary sewer system pursuant to a design-build delivery approach and has assisted the City of West Palm Beach with a variety of wastewater-related matters.

From the home base of its Boca Raton office, PLDW is now working to grow the south Florida footprint of its Municipal Infrastructure Team. In the aftermath of its participation in the recent annual meeting of the Florida City-County Managers Association in Bonita Springs, PLDW is a proud sponsor of the fall conference of the Florida Region Design-Build Institute Association (DBIA), of which Mr. West is a past committee chair. For more information on the 2012 Florida DBIA’s September 13th and 14th conference being held at the Shores Resort & Spa, Daytona Beach, please go to:
